Private-pay therapy for individuals, couples, teens, and families. Clinically rigorous, biblically grounded, and held at the level of faith integration each person is ready for.
An intentional one-on-one space for adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity, grief, and the harder transitions of adult life. Clinical work drawing on family systems, CBT, and EMDR, held inside a biblical framework when desired and held with care when not. For people who want both their faith and their mental health taken seriously.
A space for couples navigating disconnection, communication breakdown, conflict, infidelity, or the slow drift of a marriage that has stopped feeling close. Attachment-based and family-systems work, grounded in the conviction that covenant marriage is something worth fighting for and worth doing well.
A SYMBIS-based premarital program for engaged couples preparing for marriage. Conversations covering communication, conflict, family of origin, money, intimacy, expectations, and the spiritual vision you are building together, held with clinical structure and biblical seriousness. Designed for couples who want something more substantive than a checklist before the wedding.
Therapy for preteens and teens (ages 10–17) navigating anxiety, identity, social media pressure, family conflict, school stress, and the particular weight of growing up in this moment. Faith-integrated work designed for the young person and held in close, ethical communication with the parents who love them. Built on family systems, CBT, and developmentally appropriate care.
We are a private-pay practice. We can provide a superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement from your insurance provider.
Not at all. Faith integration is always at your comfort level. You are welcome regardless of where you are spiritually.
Yes, we offer both in-person and telehealth sessions throughout California.
A free 15-minute consultation is always the best first step. We'll listen, answer your questions, and see if we're a good fit.
Under the No Surprises Act, you have a right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs before beginning services. We provide this for all clients upon request. Read our full notice here.
Faith-integrated therapy treats your spiritual life as a real and relevant dimension of who you are — not a separate category from your mental health. In practice, your therapist can engage your faith explicitly, bringing Scripture, prayer, and a biblical framework into the work when that is meaningful to you, or can work clinically within a worldview that simply honors that you are more than a collection of symptoms. The integration is always yours to set the pace on.
No. We welcome anyone seeking care, regardless of where they are spiritually. Our practice is grounded in a biblical framework and our clinicians bring that honestly into the work, but faith integration is always at whatever level you are ready for — including none. You are welcome as you are.
The first session is a getting-to-know-you conversation. Your therapist will listen to what brings you in, ask questions to understand your history and what you are carrying, and give you a sense of what working together might look like. You will have time to ask your own questions. There is no pressure to commit to anything beyond that first meeting.
We offer individual therapy for adults, couples and marriage counseling, premarital counseling (SYMBIS-based), and preteen and teen counseling for ages 10–17. We also partner with churches and Christian schools to provide referral pathways, workshops, formation courses, and crisis consultation. All services are private-pay, and telehealth is available throughout California.
We offer pastoral referral support, premarital clinical add-ons, marriage enrichment workshops, formation courses for small groups, parent seminars, faculty wellbeing consultation, and crisis consultation for churches and Christian schools. Partnership arrangements are built around your community's specific needs — reach out through the contact page and we can discuss what that might look like.
